This Place is WAY OVER PRICED!!! I was one of the first tenants to move into these apartments. The “natural Preserve” next to it attracts many HUGE spiders and other unwanted insects into your home. Not only that the staff is rude. You would think people representing there company would be a little nicer in reguards to making me sign another lease to stay but nope. Everytime I call for a question in reguards to my apartment there short with me and talk to me like I am an idiot. The only thing that I was pleased with is the actual apartment floor plan although everything in the apartment is nice it is made very cheap. The wood floor scratches easy the walls stain super easy. When I signed my lease at the Beginning of the year I was looking forward to a wonderful year in a resort style home. Quite frankly I was wrong!

I agree with other posters here, WAY OVERPRICED. I moved in as soon as our building was complete, LOTS of spiders. I have killed MANY wolf spiders from the preserve as well as a black widow on my patio. I understand it’s Texas, but really, you would think they could have sprayed better. Walls are extremely thin. When I lay in bed, I can hear my neighbors conversation very clearly. All appliances were VERY cheap. Considering the price we pay to live here, they could have upgraded a little bit. Washer and dryer are included, but again are very cheap. I was told I could not hook up my own top of the line washer and dryer so instead it sits in storage (probably now a hang out for the local spiders). There is a constant problem with residents picking up their dog waste. So much so that pet rent was just increased recently, and I still see waste not picked up. They overspent their landscaping budget when building so the last units built as well as those in the back do not have nice landscaping around them for beautification or privacy even though we pay just as much as those people near the pool or near the entrance of the building. But they have an image to uphold to prospective tenents so those areas get the attention. I will disagree on the office staff, I have never had a problem with them and in fact have found them pretty understanding and helpful. Like stefanie above, I also was looking forward to ‘resort style living’ and have been very dissappointed.
