    you will have to have $150k-$500k insurance payable to Omnium Mgmt co (not to you) – read your lease carefully

    so many problems.. leasing staff writes their own positive reviews on apartmentratings.com – and started putting reviews on their own website so they would show up in a google search.

    lame ‘special events’
    total b.s.
    no one stays past their lease term..
