Let me save you both time and money. I have lived here for 8 mos and I dread the next 4. We had no air conditioning and 2 children through the entire summer due to a massive hole in our ceiling hidden behind our air intake grate. All of our appliances are old. Our frige leaks, stove burners are out, and the windows are older than me. Our electric bill is almost 200 a month to try to keep it at temp. The worst thing that has happened to us is roaches. This is due to our disgusting neighbors that have a family of 7 in a 2 bedroom. Yes, the office was informed and nothing has changed. This is a horrible community with an even worse maintenence staff and a lot of ppl living gross. I do not reccomend you live here. Yes they have great ammenities at the office, but that is the only possitive thing I wpuld have to say.
