Cheap, but sooooooo not worth it!
I’ve been here 3 years and I can’t imagine a worse place to live. “Gated community”?!?! My ass! I have never seen the gates work, and in the 3 years I’ve been here, at least 20 cars have been broken into right in front of my building. That’s only one building out of 20+, so I can’t imagine the amount of loot that’s been taken from the community as a whole. The staff here doesn’t give two shits about their residents, or their belongings. You cannot trust the staff here with even the smallest of responsibilities, and on top of that, they’re thieves themselves. Try to have a package shipped to your apartment? You’d have better luck actually receiving your package if it was left outside, on your doorstep, for a week and a half! Ask the front office to hold a package that arrives for you, and you may as well just throw $$$ down your drain. Landscape is absolutely atrocious! This place looks and smells like a 3rd world country! It’s been 3 years since I planted my feet on actual grass. Interior….a total disaster! These apartments haven’t been renovated or upgraded since the 30′s, but bet your ass they’re gonna charge you like you’re livin’ on Hodges. Save your $$$ and spend it elsewhere. This place sucks!!!
