I needed an apt for 6 months before moving out of town. I met with Jason and we agreed on price and term. Jason emailed the contract and I digitally signed. I didn’t relaize that he wrote down the wrong end date. All I got from the staff was attitude. They admitted their mistake, but were holding me to the longer lease. These people are horrible. The property is run down. There was no heat or air in my Master, no outlets worked in the kitchen and the fire alarm goes off at all hours. Do yourself a favor – look somewhere else.
