Looks nice on the outside buts its a pieace of shit on the inside. They will say whatever it take to get you in there the rules and agreement will change make sure you read all the fine print because they lie alot. People party all though the night, cars get broken into. Its full of section 8 lowlifes you might as live in west valley.

What a bunch of liars!!! Management sucks! They say one thing and mean another. Yes fine print is important to read but the question is… Is it all TRUE? especially in this complex. Can’t believe everything you hear or read!!! JUST DON”T DO IT!!!!
If you like your rent to be different every month then come on in they will love you!!!

Single parents out there save your time and money! The management takes advantage of it literally! It may look pretty on the outside but take a nice walk around the grass your children will play on…. they will smell like dog shit! Alot of false advertising as well, its amazing what they do to get their money!

boulder canyon has alot of hidden fees and management sucks and they lie to you and every month the montly rent changes is never the same and the bill changes monthly and does never match the computer so if you want a good place and good people and management go else where if you want to be screwed then come stay at boulder canyon

if you want a quiet place and peaceful dont come here they overcharge you and put in hidden fee’s rent is sky high and increases month to month and you can hear the water and the toilet flush ,tentants in the next apartment having sex or snoring kids screaming , the lawn is nasty they over water causing mold to set in and feces on the ground that is not cleaned up and their management is very poor and rent is overly pricey you can rent a house for less

I will agree with the rest of the reviews i have read. We got told a bunch of lies. they do like to water the lawns every chance they get, they don’t care if you have spiders living with you. they say they spray for them but you have to end up getting rid of them yourself. You have some good neighbors and some bad neighbors. The management is very rude to you and they treat you like you are dirt. They do have hidden fees in the lease and if you go and sign up with them MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR COPY THEN BEFORE YOU LEAVE, IF YOU DON’T, THEN YOU WILL BE SCREWED. They like to evict people left and right. They will work with most renters but for the most of it they wont unless you kiss their a**. SO if you want to live in a place that doesn’t care how you are doing but how much money they can soak out of you then go and live at boulder canyon apartments.

Ive lived in over a dozen apartment complexes and never ran across such shady management. They say one thing and then say another. If you want questions answered good luck cuz they have none. They don’t take the responsiblility of anything they fish you in lock you in a lease and then its your problem. Complaining doesn’t help. So if it smells like shit, then it is shit. Your better off in a shelter.

I’m shocked that I was stupid enough to move in this place. I get a bill for rent that is not consistant. It has water, sewer, trash and a 3.50 fee to mail the bill to you. Look over the bill carefully since they can put any fees on there. A resisdent got a vacant $25 dollar fee! For what? Apartments not being full? So I guess we pay for the water sewer and trash for the people that got evicted and skipped too. Its so nice that I can help pay the managements bills. How many mexicans does it take to shovel a sidewalk??? Its not a joke, it really takes 8!! maybe thats what the hidden fees are for….

WORST APARTMENT EVER!!!!!! They will tell you all this stuff about how cable and internet is included and yet they charge you! And they won’t let you cancel it, you have to have it. And when you call and ask if they take dogs they will say yes and that they’re going to build a dog park, biggest bunch of bull crap ever! The grass is disgusting because there are spots where sewage is pooling and they don’t give a damn, they just tell you to get over it! And worst of all, the management. They drink all the time, whether it’s in the office or when they’re dropping by for a visit, they curse at you constantly, they don’t give you and ounce of respect and they all lie through their teeth no matter what it’s about. Like many before me have said, if you want to be treated like crap on a daily basis and have trash and sewage where your kids play, then call them up and rent one out. Seriously, living on the streets is like paradise compared to this place.

The profesianalism here is HORRIBLE!!!! You go in the office to let them know a problem….. You can’t even talk without being interrupted!! (VERY FRUSTRATING) My Husband tried to call many times because they seem to not want to help me… NO ANSWER!!!! I go the office and the girl is on personal phone call?!? That’s BS!!! My dishwasher NEVER has worked right, I have told the office many, many times.. The maintenance has came to my apt. three or four times and finally tells me that they will have to call “maytag” to come fix it or replace it… Well four weeks have passed still NOTHING!!! On top of that… My toilet runs contantly… (I feel like i’m living in a run down pos apt.) I have ask them many times about that matter as well.. They have never looked at it.. I recall them stating a 24 maintenance…? Well 24 hours was gone along time ago!!! I have been overly patient about this until now… I am sick of being treated like a piece of shit every time I have to go down there… Not to mention the hidden fees and extras. Save your time and money and go somewhere!!!

I have a coworker that was looking for an apartment and saw this site after I told her to try Boulder. I have to disagree with most of the reviews on this site. I haven’t had any problems with maintenance or the management. The only thing that varies on my bill every month is the water charge. The pets here are out of control but I don’t think that has anything to do with management. Pet owners are irresponsible. The walls are thin and if my neighbors knew the things I’ve heard I’m sure I wouldn’t have to see them ever again.

Management is ignorant and has no common sense. Apart from all maintenance problems that I have had with this apartment (ex. celling leakage), the leasing office staff is not competent and is not taking seriously tenant’s complaints.
When I moved out of this apartment, I checked with leasing office to make sure I paid everything in full and they have my information in case of remaining balance on account. They said my account is paid in full. Two months later I got a phone call from a collection agency for an unpaid bill with Boulder Canyons from West Jordan, UT. What happened is the management sent the bill to my apartment (from their own complex) that I just moved out of, being fully aware that I won’t receive it! For a bill of $50 I ended up paying $200 to collection agency, and my credit score got hurt. I’ve been really patient with them and an apology would be nice; all I’ve got from them is ignorance and disrespect.
